Menomonee Falls Makeover
Grand Remodel
This gorgeous project was more than a remodel. This was an extreme makeover. The three-part remodeling project was a masterpiece of collaboration between Rob Miller Homes, a local landscape architect/contractor, and the Menomonee Falls homeowners who envisioned having a resort right in their own backyard.
The team was challenged to create a space that fulfilled all of the homeowner’s wants and needs while addressing the difficult nature of the site. Happily, Rob Miller Homes specializes in challenging projects.
They demolished the existing patio and landscaping to make space for the pool, hot tub, pool house, and lounge area. The lower level of the home was completely gutted to be reimagined. A screen porch was added to extend the outdoor living area closer to the pool and provide protection from the elements. At the end of the day, the homeowners had the home of their dreams. This resort-like space is the ultimate staycation destination.
