This beautiful, classic Beaver Lake home has all the nicest amenities – and then some, including a secret doorway. The homeowners wanted a home that took full advantage of the lakefront, and accommodated their active lifestyle and entertaining needs. This was a challenging lot due to unstable soil conditions. Another builder told the homeowners a lower level wouldn’t be possible, but Rob Miller Homes found a way to make it work and double the size of the house. This entire home is built on pilasters buried down to stable soil.
This spacious custom home has it all, from soaring ceilings, a wall of windows and fireplace in the great room, to a lower level entertainment area, complete with glass-enclosed wine cellar.
