This elegant home was built on a rare empty lot in a traditional well-established neighborhood in Elm Grove. The trick was fitting all they wanted on this uniquely shaped lot, but Rob Miller Homes rose to the challenge. When discussing the home design with the team, the homeowners expressed their desire to build a home that fit in the neighborhood. They didn’t want it to stand out as a new house. They decided on Cape Cod architecture for its classic and timeless style.
This home hosts a lot of character with the round window and sweeping gable. Simplicity inside adds to the beauty. Windows were placed to have great views and allow natural light to filter throughout the home. With its light, bright interior and classic details like hardwood floors, white woodwork combined with some stained woods to stand out against the white, the feeling is graceful and refined, warm and welcoming.
This 5,800 square foot home has five bedrooms, four full and two half baths. And you’d never know it hadn’t been there forever.
